Governor Villafuerte Honored as Outstanding Public Servant for Transformative Leadership

Camarines Sur Governor Luis Raymund "Lray" Villafuerte expressed gratitude after being honored as an Outstanding Public Servant by the RPMD Foundation. The award acknowledges his dedicated nine years in Congress as well as his current initiatives as the province's newly elected governor.

In a statement, Villafuerte said, "This recognition motivates me to elevate my service and continually develop programs that significantly impact the lives of our constituents. From mobile healthcare and educational support to job creation, infrastructure upgrades, and climate-resilient communities, our mission remains clear."

He extended his thanks to the RPMD Foundation, his family, the Provincial Government team, local leaders, national agencies, partners, and especially the people of Camarines Sur. "This honor is a testament to our collective efforts. Together, we will strive for a safer, smarter, and more prosperous Camarines Sur," Villafuerte concluded.
